Исправьте пожалуйста эти ошибки, ошибку дает во время поиска, аукциона, отключается и дает ошибку просит позвонить в какой то гребаный кол центр!!!

Аукцион гуд. Еще бы в они в Россию машины поставляли. Че нить купил бы.

Endless fees and unreliable customer service. Description and images of vehicles are nothing close to accurate, if anything they are deceptive. There are fees for storage when the company is the one that is unable to let customer pick up vehicles sooner. They allow people to purchase memberships knowing that they will never win a bid because they have no dealers license. Absolute SCAM! This company should be shut down.

As soon as I add a car to my watchlist the pre bid skyrockets instantly it’s happened with multiple cars there’s no way it’s not being messed with also the cars go for way more than they’re actually worth overall a waste of time

It is a good opportunity to get a second-hand car, either for personal use or to sell them.

why they allow the sellers who put their cars to Copart and increase the price as far as they want by also betting on the auction, everyone already knows it, they put run and drive when the cars have the bad engine or the bad box, but they can only move back and forth that is a scam

Easy to use and smooth

I would say this app is 10 out of 10 if I could. Although there are some glitches or even little bugs, this app in comparison to IA** is heaven and earth. It’s easy and versatile to use and works really well. Thank yall

You offer 3 memberships only two of which you can bid on vehicles. Why even offer a digital membership when it offers nothing. Will be getting a refund.

This is so silly Most of these cars have salvaged titles which means you will never get it registered or get any insurance company to accept these vehicles

I have a very tight budget of just $2k to obtain a vehicle which will need to drive about 10 miles per week and the occasional trip to the doctor. Copart allows me to look and bid on some autos without a dealership license. I am very grateful for the opportunity!

Horrible costumer service and unprofessional

We have had a working relationship with Copart for 15 years. Besides the app having weird quirks and having to find your own work arounds, copart is not worth it anymore. Too many vehicles where they were not what was started and copart absolving themselves of any liability. Too many photos of vehicles where it is almost like employees are encouraged to try and essentially hide damage. Never knowing who you are buying from, private or insurance. We as dealers shouldn’t have to pay a third party to go look at multiple lots. Shady business practices galore. Always increasing fees, squeezing blood out of a turnip. I hope karma bites you in hard.

I had the absolute worst experience with the Copart app. First, they lure you in with the promise of great deals, but it’s all a scam. After signing up, they immediately ask you to pay for a membership. Then, they make you verify yourself by submitting documents, but guess what? The documents never go through! I tried multiple times, only to end up calling customer service. Instead of solving the problem, they gave me the runaround and sidetracked me for another day. The entire process feels like they’re trying to frustrate you into giving up while keeping your money. This app is a complete waste of time and money. I’m extremely disappointed and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Stay far away!

Firstly, please put the featured items back where they were. It’s annoying that If I want to filter by “buy it now” AND another item type, I can’t just “check them” all at once then load and go. I’m all for change when it actually improves functionality. It’s now, click; load. Click; load (tap in this case). Why? If it’s not broken, don’t “fix” it. Also, please let me filter by price. If I want to see cars where the buy it now is less than 22,237, let me do that please. I don’t need to see a $100k+ Ferrari etc. Let me type the exact amount I want Also, the year. Scroll? Cool, cool, but please move it upward a bit, that way when I try to rapidly change the year for a filter, my phone doesn’t think I’m trying to bring the top part of the screen down. This could also be typed.

I had to stop using COPART after all the issues. Not only that they make the cancellation process a bit obscure. And if you live in california they do not follow the law, no email sent reminding me of upcoming charge. Also they use non american customer support. I’m a LEGAL immigrant and this is UNSAT.

The app functions most times but the filters are completely ineffective. You’ll have to go through 3 or 4 cars you never asked to see to get the ones you do. Even if you add “clean title” you’d better carfax it first…I found two cars that were total losses on the Insurance database that Copart said had no accident. Also you can’t see the auction history of your watch list - I have no idea what cars ending up selling for if I tapped out. Even eBay tells you that. On top of all that the fees are insane & not clearly listed…Kinda feels like this thing is run by car dealers trying to purge unwanted inventory on people using the Ticketmaster model…1000 dollar cars end up doubling or even quadrupling in price if you elect to use their transportation. If you want to do this just pay up for a dealer license & go to normal auctions; don’t fall for this scam.

The Copart app is a major letdown if you’re in Hawaii. The app doesn’t allow access to Copart Hawaii, even though everything works perfectly fine on the website from a laptop or PC. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t provide the same functionality? This inconsistency is frustrating and makes the app feel incomplete. Copart needs to address this issue and ensure equal access for all users, regardless of location. Until then, it’s not worth downloading for Hawaii-based users.

I like Copart its great ,I have got a few cars for a good price it’s great auction but like every auto auction it has good and bad things I don’t like getting counter bidded on Donated cars

So it took some time to figure out how to find my way around the app. I like the reg web site better though. So I finally get it all figured out, found a car I could bid on and then the auction software didn’t work and had me greyed out. I’m a basic member so the bid was under a grand and still had me greyed out so I couldn’t bid. I am furious I didn’t get the car because of a problem with your software !

Lastimosamente de servicio al cliente carecen muchísimo no hay gestión de carácter administrativo. Si surge un problema no ayudan ni gestionan tiempos de procesamiento de pagos demasiados largos . 1 ,2 meses para responder , el correo electrónico es como si no existiera . Si se gestiona algo con buyer o como miembro o con una yarda violan sus propias políticas , no respetan los tiempos . En general tengan mucho cuidado con Copart hablo de mi experiencia y esta vez me toco a mi aclaró tengo soportes de todo el mal servicio que sufrí. Tengan mucho cuidado esta compañía TIENE MUY MAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE
